[Oracle] Listener Start Error - CentOS 6.5 / Oracle 11gR2

Listener starts when it starts,

but listener was not starting when command "status" input.

Connecting to (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)(PORT=xxxx)))
TNS-12541: TNS:no listener
 TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
  TNS-00511: No listener
   Linux Error: 111: Connection refused



"hosts" File localhost add (Red Color Markup)

[oracle@ora11g admin]$ cat /etc/hosts
# Do not remove the following line, or various programs
# that require network functionality will fail.
127.0.0.1        localhost.localdomain localhost
::1                localhost6.localdomain6 localhost6

192.168.10.11   oracle

My Case
